“Microsoft Windows Server operating system keeps getting better.”

+ PROS: The operating system keeps improving as new versions are developed. It is a pretty solid platform and (knock on wood) is very stable. Active Directory has become very easy to use and supports Linux devices and all Microsoft operating systems.
